Who this is for

A controlled route for real delivery capability.

Technology vendors, consultants, managed-service providers, computer shops, systems integrators, installers, contractors, and qualified referral sources may apply. Organizations buying systems for their own teams should use the volume-pricing path.

01

Volume Buyer

Purchases multiple systems for its own offices, locations, employees, departments, classrooms, customers, or approved deployments.

02

Referral Partner

Introduces a qualified customer. Circuit 12 handles assessment, pricing, contracting, and delivery. Referral compensation requires a separate approved agreement.

03

Authorized Reseller

May sell approved systems under defined product, pricing, branding, claims, warranty, and support rules.

04

Deployment Partner

May perform approved installation, network setup, onboarding, training, or local support while Circuit 12 supplies deployment requirements.

05

White-Label Consideration

A future controlled option only. It is not granted by this form and requires separate review, agreement, demonstrated capability, volume, support quality, and claims control.

Working boundary

Clear responsibilities before delivery.

Circuit 12 supplies

  • Approved system design and current product descriptions
  • Software, documentation, deployment requirements, and limitations
  • Pricing and commercial terms established in writing
  • Warranty and support boundaries for the approved engagement

The partner supplies

  • Truthful capability, territory, and opportunity information
  • Approved installation, onboarding, training, or local support
  • Use of current maturity language and claims
  • Escalation when a request exceeds the approved role

Claims control

Approved partners must use current Circuit 12 descriptions, maturity language, and limitations. Partner status does not create employment, agency, franchise, exclusivity, territory rights, or authority to bind Circuit 12. No one may promise unhackable, fully autonomous, universally compliant, or finished Runtime capabilities.

Partner application

Tell us how you work and where you can deliver.

Applications are manually reviewed. Submission does not create a partnership or guarantee approval, pricing, margins, territory, exclusivity, or white-label rights. Circuit 12 may request additional information, and any approved relationship requires a separate written agreement.
