Public information and demonstrations

The website, Resource Center, Systems Advisor, product descriptions, receipts, and simulations are informational or educational unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. They are not a final technical design, legal advice, medical advice, compliance certification, or guaranteed business result.

Technology intake

Submitting a request does not create a client relationship, confidentiality agreement, service commitment, or obligation to accept the work. Circuit 12 may request more information, recommend another provider or product, decline the request, or propose a separate written scope.

Your submissions

You represent that you are permitted to provide the submitted information. Do not send credentials, secrets, protected health information, financial account data, unlawful material, or third-party confidential information through the public intake.

No guaranteed availability

Public pages and tools may change, be interrupted, or be removed. Locally generated drafts or receipts can be lost when browser data is cleared.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe without authorization, misuse, reverse engineer protected components, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or use the site unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, site content, visual systems, software, demonstrations, educational activities, and Circuit 12 marks are owned by or licensed to Circuit 12 AI LLC. Public access does not transfer ownership.

Third-party services

External services such as Cloudflare and HubSpot operate under their own terms and availability. Circuit 12 is not responsible for third-party service failures outside its control.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the public site is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results.
