Privacy notice

How the Circuit 12 website handles information.

Effective July 18, 2026. This notice covers the public website, the universal technology intake, and the local browser demonstrations available on circuit-12.com.

No sale of personal informationCircuit 12 does not sell information submitted through this website. No passwords or protected recordsDo not submit credentials, patient data, payment-card data, private keys, or production secrets. Human reviewIntake information is used to evaluate and respond to the request.

Information you choose to provide

The universal technology intake may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, preferred contact method, service-location preference, description of the situation, systems involved, timing, constraints, intended result, and related routing answers. The website assigns a request ID and produces a structured summary so the request can be reviewed without asking you to reconstruct it.

How the information is used

Circuit 12 uses intake information to acknowledge the request, assess whether Circuit 12 is an appropriate provider, determine a practical next step, communicate with you, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and protect the website and its users. Submitting an intake does not create a service contract, emergency-support obligation, or guarantee that Circuit 12 will accept the work.

Cloudflare and HubSpot

The website is delivered and protected through Cloudflare. When you send a request, Circuit 12 temporarily stores an encrypted copy so the request can be processed reliably and delivered asynchronously to the configured business system, currently HubSpot. Limited operational records track whether processing is pending, completed, or requires attention; they do not contain readable form contents. Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals. HubSpot stores submitted contact and intake fields after successful delivery for business follow-up and recordkeeping. Retention and deletion follow the approved data policy, and delivered encrypted payloads are removed as soon as operationally safe. Correction or deletion requests can be made through the existing secure request form.

Security and abuse prevention

The intake uses input limits, validation, protected-data detection, a hidden spam field, minimum completion timing, submission throttling, and—when configured—Cloudflare Turnstile verification. These controls reduce abuse but cannot guarantee that every transmission or storage system will be error-free or completely secure.

Local browser demonstrations

The Systems Advisor, Resource Center, diagrams, and downloadable planning receipts are designed to operate in the visitor’s browser. Their planning answers, diagrams, and receipts are not intentionally sent to Circuit 12 unless a feature clearly states that it submits information. The site may use local or session storage for drafts and interface state.

Aggregate website measurement

Circuit 12 may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic and website performance, including broad route, device, browser, operating-system, country, navigation, cache, and page-load information made available by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process ordinary infrastructure metadata when delivering this service. The exact privacy and consent requirements depend on the enabled configuration and applicable jurisdictions.

The website may also send a limited set of first-party aggregate events when an active workflow begins, reaches a valid result, completes confirmed delivery, or encounters a broad validation or delivery category. These events do not intentionally include names, contact information, Telegram usernames, form answers, persistent visitor IDs, cookies, advertising identifiers, precise location, query strings, individual browsing histories, session recordings, keystrokes, mouse tracking, or cross-site tracking. Intake contents are processed separately and are not copied into analytics. A metrics failure does not change the outcome of a successful intake. Retention is limited by the configured platform; the planned custom-event retention is currently three months.

Marketing updates remain optional. Browser-side HubSpot tracking is currently disabled. Any later marketing or analytics configuration must be reviewed together with this notice and any legally required consent controls.

Privacy-safe error diagnostics

Circuit 12 may receive limited first-party technical error reports to identify browser failures. These reports are designed to contain a release identifier, page category, component category, stable error code, sanitized first-party asset positions, aggregate occurrence counts, and sanitized Content Security Policy violation categories.

The diagnostics design does not intentionally include names, contact details, form answers, raw exception messages, complete URLs, query strings, IP addresses in Circuit 12 application records, full user-agent strings, persistent visitor identifiers, cookies, cross-site histories, session recordings, keystrokes, mouse tracking, or third-party error-reporting scripts. Network providers such as Cloudflare necessarily process network connection information to serve requests, while the Circuit 12 diagnostics application does not copy that information into diagnostic records.

Retention, sharing, and legal needs

Circuit 12 keeps intake records and related correspondence for as long as reasonably useful for project evaluation, communication, security, business records, dispute prevention, or legal and operational needs. Information may be handled by service providers that operate the website and business systems, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or manage a business relationship. Circuit 12 does not publish the submitted intake as a public profile.

Your choices

You may ask Circuit 12 to review, correct, or delete information associated with an intake, subject to legal, security, and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Include the request ID when available. Use the secure request form for privacy requests and include the request ID when available.

Children and sensitive information

The general website and educational Resource Center may be viewed by people of different ages, but the intake is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Do not place medical records, government identifiers, financial account details, passwords, access tokens, private keys, confidential client records, or production secrets in the initial intake. Describe the category of the material instead.

Changes and contact

Circuit 12 may update this notice when the website, intake, processors, products, or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be submitted through the secure request form.
